Key Challenges

The Client sought to enhance its real estate management capabilities by implementing CRES Real Estate Solutions, a comprehensive solution designed to streamline various aspects of the real estate lifecycle. In addition, they wanted to establish corporate and departmental portals in SharePoint to centralize information and improve collaboration across the organization.

Prior to implementing CRES, Client was facing several challenges in their real estate management processes including Manual Document Management, Fragmented Information Systems, Lack of Centralized Asset Management, Manual Acquisition and Disposition Processes, Inefficient Loan Management, Limited Reporting Capabilities, Lack of Collaboration and Information Sharing, Inconsistent Data Quality, and Compliance and Regulatory Risks.

These challenges resulted in inefficiencies, difficulties in accessing critical data, increased risks of errors and non-compliance, and hindered decision-making.

The CRES Solution

CRES implemented Document Management, Transaction Management, Loan Management, Asset Management, and Legal Entity Management for Client.

The solution is integrated with MRI, their property management systems. The built-in Document Extraction Tool allows document extraction based on the criteria, so they can easily share those documents with external parties. It also has a Business Intelligence robust documents analytics and search tool that allows them to search for documents across portfolios and libraries.

CRES provides an Automation Framework for managing any initiative involving real estate, people, and processes. It also has a contact management capability that allows them to easily locate and communicate with external contacts. They can also manage portfolio issues and critical dates.

CRES also provides them Automation Framework for managing any acquisition or disposition initiative for the client. It allows them to bulk import and export transaction documents. The system automatically drafts transaction announcements for distribution.

With CRES Legal Entity Management, Client maintains legal entity structure and automatically visualizes their relationships in an interactive Org Chart.

With CRES Loan Management, they get alerted for loan critical dates ahead of time, so that they can avail opportunities and mitigate risks. They maintain all loan documents, contacts, and issues in a centralized location.
