• Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing Azure cloud-based network, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems.
• Network troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
• NOC and SNMP Monitoring.
• Ensuring critical system security using best-in-class cloud security solutions.
• Strong understanding of security controls/services in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding the best practices, control frameworks, and applicable existing and new legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., Client cybersecurity recommendations, data privacy and breach notification laws, ISO 27001 HIPPA GDPR and PCI DSS)
• Ability to implement, administer, troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, firewalls, routers, access control policies, authentication systems, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, EDR, log management, and content filtering
• Maintain network security, policies, user groups, desktop policies, and naming conventions.
• Ensure 100% uptime of IT Infrastructure (Network, Internet, Servers, VMs, Azure and AWS resources)
• Preparation of Windows or Linux environment as per project requirement.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.

Required Skills:

• Must have strong communication skills so could deal with US based clients
• Azure Cloud: 2+ years’ experience with using a broad range of Azure Cloud technologies, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
• Operating Systems: Windows Servers 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG , SNMP)
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
• Conducts Cloud & Network infrastructure reviews, Systems infrastructure, Application configurations, and Software Code reviews.
• Organizes/facilitates retest of infrastructure, system, and application updates or deployed remediation logic to verify resolution of security vulnerabilities
• Investigates potential security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
• Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 L1 Administration
• S2S and P2S VPN for firewall and cloud as well
• Strong knowledge of Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi , Azure)
• Operations Management
