Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage our marketing and sales. To excel in this role you should have a warm and fun personality, strategic thinking, great presentation skills, be an active listener, the ability to make a compelling business case, and a hunger to chase and close new business deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategy.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving.
  • Overseeing digital marketing including but not limited to SEO, utilizing social media and LinkedIn.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to connect with new contacts and opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Hosting webinars and managing customer focus groups.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales as well as marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and Information Technology fluency.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient with social media channels.

On-boarding Process

  • Provide you knowledge and training about our product and service offerings
  • Familiarize you with the real estate industry technology needs and business processes
  • Provide you the tools for managing the sales process via Microsoft Dynamics CRM system

Compensation:

You will be offered a combination of a base salary as well as bonus/sales commission.
