QuickBooks App Terms

These terms apply to the CRES Technology QuickBooks Online integration.

The integration is intended for authorized internal use by CRES Technology, QualIT, and approved related business users. It supports accounting workflow review, operational analysis, and approved QuickBooks Online API access for authorized company files.

Users may use the integration only for approved business purposes and only with QuickBooks Online company data they are authorized to access.

The integration must not be used to access, copy, change, disclose, or process QuickBooks Online data without proper authorization.

The integration is provided for business workflow support. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Human review remains required for accounting decisions, financial reporting, tax treatment, payments, posting, reconciliation, or other business actions.

Access may be revoked at any time if authorization changes, if access is no longer required, or if the integration is disconnected from QuickBooks Online.
