CRES QuickBooks Integration

The CRES QuickBooks Integration is an internal CRES Technology application used by authorized CRES personnel and approved internal workflows to connect approved QuickBooks Online company data with CRES accounting review and reconciliation processes.
How the Integration Is Used
The integration supports internal accounting review, reconciliation support, exception triage, and preparation of accounting workflow notes. Its approved starting scope is read/query access to authorized QuickBooks Online company data.
Access and Authorization
QuickBooks Online access is authorized through Intuit OAuth by approved CRES Accounting or IT administrators. Credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, and refresh tokens are protected and are not intended for public use.
Connect and Reconnect
Connection and reconnection are managed by authorized CRES administrators through the approved Intuit OAuth flow. If access expires, is revoked, or requires reauthorization, CRES Accounting or IT will reauthorize the connection through approved internal procedures.
Disconnect
Disconnection is managed by authorized CRES administrators through Intuit, QuickBooks Online, or CRES internal access-control procedures. CRES may revoke, rotate, suspend, or restrict access when needed for security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.
