Purpose
The CRES QuickBooks Integration is an internal CRES Technology application used by authorized CRES personnel and approved internal workflows to connect approved QuickBooks Online company data with CRES accounting review and reconciliation processes.
Authorized Use
This integration is intended for internal CRES Technology business use only. Access is limited to authorized personnel, approved service accounts, and approved AI worker workflows acting under CRES policies and human supervision.
Data Access
The integration may access QuickBooks Online company and accounting data through Intuit OAuth authorization for approved CRES-related QuickBooks companies. The current approved use is read/query access for accounting review, reconciliation support, exception triage, and related internal accounting workflow preparation.
Restrictions
Users may not use the integration for unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, or activity outside approved CRES accounting workflows. The integration must not be used to create, edit, delete, void, post, pay, send, reconcile, or otherwise change QuickBooks records unless separately approved by CRES leadership and implemented through an approved control design.
No Professional Advice
The integration supports internal accounting workflow review. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, financial, compliance, or accounting-policy advice. Human review remains required for accounting decisions, approvals, corrections, payments, tax matters, period close, reconciliations, and other business-impacting actions.
Security and Access Control
CRES Technology manages access to the integration and may revoke, rotate, suspend, or restrict access at any time. Credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and related secrets must be protected and must not be shared in unauthorized systems or communications.
